After the samples were completed, they were carefully inspected and prepared for delivery.

When the customer received the samples and conducted their inspection, they noticed a minor imperfection on the surface of one part. Although the issue was not critical to the structure or function of the component, the customer contacted us and asked whether it could be improved.

Reworking the Sample
The production team carefully performed the necessary corrections on the sample.
This included:
- Precision grinding to remove the surface imperfection
- Additional polishing to improve the overall finish
- A second quality inspection to confirm the improvements
After the rework was completed, the part was inspected again by our quality control department to ensure the issue had been completely resolved.
Only after confirming the result did we prepare the corrected sample for shipment.
Sending the Sample Free of Charge
To demonstrate our sincerity and commitment to quality, Shengrong Foundry decided to send the corrected sample to the customer at no cost.
