Recently, a batch of gray iron casting samples customized for an overseas client has successfully passed the client’s rigorous inspection and testing. These castings are designed for key components of machinery equipment, requiring high standards in dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties, and surface quality.
During the production process, our technical team strictly followed the customer’s drawings and international standards to design the casting process. By applying advanced shell mold casting technology and precise quality control methods. We ensured excellent strength, wear resistance, and structural stability of the castings. The samples were thoroughly tested, including chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, and dimensional inspection, and all results met the design specifications.
After receiving the samples, the client conducted a comprehensive evaluation covering visual inspection, non-destructive testing, and assembly verification. The results confirmed that the castings featured smooth surfaces, accurate dimensions within a ±1% tolerance, and dense internal structures without pores, inclusions, or shrinkage defects. The performance fully met the practical application requirements.
The successful approval of these grey iron casting samples demonstrates the client’s strong confidence in our production capabilities and quality management. It also lays a solid foundation for future batch cooperation. Moving forward, we will continue to uphold the principle of “quality first, customer foremost,” constantly enhancing our technical expertise and service capacity to deliver high-quality castings and reliable solutions to global customers.
