What materials do you offer for sand casting?
We offer ductile iron and grey iron sand castings. Please include your required material grade and standard with your inquiry so we can confirm suitability for your application.
Can you produce custom castings from my drawings
Yes. Send us your 2D drawings and available 3D models for review. We will assess the geometry, material, tooling and finishing requirements before confirming the production scope.
Can sand casting produce internal cavities and passages?
Yes. Sand cores can form internal cavities and flow passages within a casting. Feasibility depends on the geometry, wall thickness, core support and access for removing sand after casting.
What information do you need for a quotation?
